We want you to love your Uncommon James pieces, but if you are not completely satisfied, we offer returns and exchanges on eligible items within 30 days of your purchase date. Please ensure items are in their original, unworn condition with all packaging intact.

Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to locate your purchase and select the items you wish to send back.
Choose Your Method
Select whether you would like to exchange your item for a different size or style, receive store credit, or get a refund to your original payment method.
Print and Pack
Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided by the portal, then securely pack your items in the original box or a similar protective mailer.
Ship It Back
Drop off your package at the designated carrier location; once received and inspected at our warehouse, your refund or exchange will be processed within 7-10 business days.
